ZOE came in touch with black music while at high school in 1994 and started to play dj around osaka, japan mainly.
he gained a good enough experience through party, campus festival and so on.
then, he formed his own musicianship and philosophy of entertainment.
also he entered for a various DJ battle, DJ contest and got excellent results.
In 1999, he entered DMC DJ MIXING CHANPIONSHIPS as japan team and he was given a headline in tv, radio and papers.
from 1999, he got new challenge for track maker and remixer and got a high valuation on remix work.
finaly he bloomed his talent as creator and offered his track to prominent artist in Japan.
after he graduated from kansei gakuin univ in 2001, he become professional artist.
especialy his turntable performance overpowered others and no one surpassed him.
In 2003, he put forward new amazing performance at DMC JAPAN FINAL.
and created a new sensation by innovative idea, that is, play a original music by turntable spinning technic.
in 2005, at DMC JAPAN FINAL, he put forward the idea of "Building" which is quite new & innovative and explode usual DJ technic, like scratch and beat juggling.
the idea is far from usual DJ work like mixing and editing but DJ gonna "MAKE" a music!!
his philosophy of DJ entertainment is pure music expression.
the peaceful vibes sounds gently to the heart and body of audience.
His routine has high musicianship and entertainmenship based on a enough experiences on stages and sound product/compose ability.
Now the music scene is watching his new routine and track.
1993年、以前から影響されていたHIP HOPカルチャーへの興味が高まりターンテーブルを購入。1994年よりモバイルDJ、クラブDJとして地元大阪ー関西地方を中心に精力的な活動を行う。
1995年より様々なDJ battleに参戦、数々のタイトルを獲得し優秀な成績をおさめる。1999年にはニューヨークシティ、ハンマースタインボールルームにて行われた世界最 高峰のDJ Battle、DMC DJ MIXING CHANPIONSHIPSに日本代表チームとして参加。多数のメディア、TV 、ラジオ、新聞、雑誌等で取り上げられる事となる。その後も常に最先端をいくターンテーブリズムを展開し2003年に行われたDMC JAPAN FINALではかつてより研究を進めていた驚愕のオリジナルサウンドを用いた革命的ルーティーンでシーンを騒然とさせた。また2007 Vestax etravaganza World Final では日本人最高位、そして世界第二位を獲得する。
DJ Zoeのルーティーンは高度なサウンドプロダクト能力とコンポーズ能力そして豊富なキャリア、ステージ経験値に裏ずけされた圧倒的エンターテイン能力と音 楽性の高さが特徴であり、見るものを熱狂の渦に巻き込みソリストとしてのターンテーブリストの可能性をどこまでも引き上げつずける。
また数々のアーティストサポートDJ ー Bennie K、4DJAM、Word Swingaz 、WRECKING CREW ORCHESTRAなどやライブセッション ー KREVA、SHINGO西成、ROMANCREWなど--も経験し、またトラックメーカー、プロデューサーとしても今後の期待が高まる。
